Role Description

Position: Product Owner cum BA

Location: Chicago, IL - Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Role: Supports the delivery team with requirements and acts as liaison between executives, stakeholders, and the delivery team. I especially want someone who has a lot of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence
• Subscription Management experience
• Retail experience is strongly desired
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership

Requirements

• Works with stakeholders to align on intakes, priorities, requirements, and customer needs
• Works with stakeholders on Epic breakdown
• Translates initiatives, Epics, priorities, and requirements for User Story breakdown
• Aligns with stakeholders and communicates with Product Owner on timelines and quarterly delivery schedule
• Works on the "WHAT" is required
• Involves technical teams for design and architecture estimates
• Writes User stories that meet the definition of Ready
• Defines clear acceptance criteria and accepts stories
• Constantly updates the delivery team with any change in requirements and Change Management / Deployment
• Creates and prioritizes team backlog
• Required and active participant in backlog grooming/refinement sessions and all other Sprint ceremonies
