[Hiring] Product Owner @Gamdom

Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Owner to drive day-to-day product delivery across our online casino platform. Working closely with engineering and internal stakeholders, you’ll translate business requirements into clear development tasks, coordinate implementation, validate features, and ensure priorities move efficiently from concept to release.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and engineering, takes ownership of delivery details, and ensures that requirements are clearly understood, blockers are resolved, and features are shipped on time.

What You’ll Do

• Translate requirements into actionable work:
  • Turn business and founder requests into clear user stories, development tickets, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering:
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers daily to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and remove blockers.
• Manage the development backlog:
  • Prioritize tasks, break down larger initiatives into manageable deliverables, and track progress against agreed priorities.
• Coordinate delivery:
  • Align engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders on dependencies, timelines, and implementation requirements.
• Validate implementation:
  • Review designs, test new features, identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Coordinate releases:
  • Follow features through development, testing, and production release, ensuring outstanding issues are addressed.
• Gather and structure feedback:
  • Work with Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams to turn operational needs and user feedback into actionable improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation:
  • Keep requirements, decisions, priorities, and delivery updates organised and accessible.
• Drive follow-through:
  • Proactively monitor progress, flag risks, chase outstanding tasks, and ensure agreed work reaches completion.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, or in a similar hands-on product delivery role.
• Proven experience working directly with software engineers and coordinating the development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, organisation, and follow-through.
• Good understanding of software development workflows, technical dependencies, and third-party integrations.
• A practical approach to feature testing, quality assurance, and release coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities may evolve.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or betting.
• Familiarity with casino platforms and features such as bonuses, wallets, payments, KYC, and game integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar project management tools.
