[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Infotech

Role Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the person who figures out how to best present our products to the world. It's about understanding the market, crafting the right message, and making sure our sales teams have what they need to succeed. You’ll lead market research, messaging, and go-to-market planning initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver successful product launches and campaigns.

• Understand the Market: Develop a deep understanding of our customers and competitors through market research, analyzing customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Create the Message: Define how we talk about our products, identifying key benefits and creating resonant messaging for our target audience.
• Plan Product Launches: Collaborate with product and sales teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment on messaging and strategy.
• Work with Product Teams: Provide market insights to the product team to help shape the product roadmap.
• Stay Competitive: Monitor competitor activities to help differentiate our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or a related field and four years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.
• Construction management, civil engineering and/or agency background.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Natural relationship builder with initiative, integrity, reliability, and maturity.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business plans and marketing strategies.
• Experience and/or certification with Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Marketing, Silicon Valley Product Group, or other product management and product marketing frameworks are a plus.
