Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director with a strong background in enterprise software positioning, strategic GTM execution, and AI-enabled workflows. This role serves as a critical bridge between our product, engineering, and field teams as we win together across global markets.

• Architect and deliver compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Tealium’s data platform.
• Orchestrate cross-functional go-to-market launches and feature updates.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into value-driven customer narratives and competitive differentiators.
• Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to efficiently generate high-impact technical enablement assets.
• Empower field teams with strategic sales collateral, battlecards, and objection-handling resources.
• Represent product marketing in customer advisory discussions, webinars, and industry events.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner closely with demand generation and content teams to align messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product marketing, technical marketing, or partner marketing experience within B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), MarTech, data integration, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI productivity tools and modern generative AI workflows.
• Proven ownership mentality with a track record of driving complex projects independently.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative growth mindset with a commitment to winning together.
