[Hiring] Product Manager, Consumer Apps @Leap Tools

Role Description

What You'll Do:

• Be fully responsible for the advancement of a suite of products, targeted at independent retailers.
• Work closely with users, our customers, and internal teams to identify user needs.
• Develop a cohesive strategy that enables us to gain adoption among independent retailers.
• Understand our technological capabilities and constraints to develop groundbreaking solutions.
• Write concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team.
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering.
• Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle.
• Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience.
• Distinctive work experience in building software products.
• Hunger to meet users and dive deep into their problems.
• Design mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Comfortable operating in a customer-facing role and engaging C-suite executives.
