Role Description

Access control decides what everyone in Jane can see and do, from the front desk to the practitioner to the clinic owner. It sits at the heart of how clinics keep sensitive information private, whether that's patient records, compensation details, or notes from a mental health practice. We're bringing on a Product Manager for our Access Control squad.

• Join the identity portfolio within Enablement.
• Work alongside the Product Manager who leads the broader identity strategy.
• Shape the access control work, improving roles clinics get out of the box.
• Bring every product area onto a shared access model that fits how clinics work.
• Engage with clinics and internal teams to define permission and role requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional peers to ship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a closely related role.
• Experience ideally on platforms, identity, permissions, or systems many teams depend on.
• Comfort with system-level thinking across product areas and teams.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Deep empathy for clinics, practitioners, and patients.
• Strong change communication and clear, concise writing.
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools.
• Strong bias for execution and enthusiasm for collaboration.
• Experience with roles and permissions, identity, or a regulated environment like healthcare is a bonus.

• Ability to drive discovery with clinics and internal teams.
• Lead clear, thoughtful change communication.
• Regularly share status, risks, and progress on the work.
• Champion pragmatic, responsible AI adoption in discovery and prototyping.

• Annual salary range of $94,000 to $141,000.
• Most new hires join at the accomplished stage with an annual salary of $111,700.
