[Hiring] Product Manager @Suppli

Role Description

This is one of the most important hires at Suppli. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants the autonomy and impact of a founding product role, with direct ownership of one or two of our core products.

• You won't just manage a roadmap — you'll define the vision and strategy for your product area, establish what success looks like, and own execution from customer discovery through launch and iteration.
• You'll work closely with our Head of Product, founders, engineers, and commercial teams to solve meaningful problems for our customers.
• We're a fast-moving company with an ambitious engineering team. We need someone who can turn customer insights and business opportunities into clear product direction, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and give engineers the context they need to build exceptional software.
• We're looking for someone who thinks in outcomes, moves fast, and uses AI not as a buzzword but as a daily multiplier — to prototype, design, analyze, and build.

Qualifications

• You think like an owner, not a feature manager.
• You can move from idea to prototype quickly.
• You're analytical and decisive.
• You define success before you build anything.
• You're AI-native, not AI-curious.
• You have a bias for action.
• You communicate with clarity at every level.
• You thrive in a high-ownership environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong analytical thinking and product judgment.
• Proven ability to ship customer-facing software.
• Demonstrable AI-native workflow.
• Technical fluency.
• Product design fluency.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity.

Benefits

• Own the vision and strategy for your product area.
• Define what success looks like.
• Turn customer problems into product direction.
• Drive execution from concept to launch.
• Prototype before you spec.
• Build a culture of measurement and experimentation.
• Shape exceptional product experiences.
• Identify opportunities for AI-native product development.
• Be the connective tissue across the business.

Bonus Points

• Engineering, Computer Science, or Product Design background.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience.
• Accounts Receivable / Finance exposure.
• Experience with AI-powered products.
• Fintech or B2B marketplace background.
