[Hiring] Product Manager @Globalfy

Role Description

You own a product area end to end: what we build, why, in what order, and whether it worked. The Head of Product sets company-level priorities and reviews your roadmap; you run discovery, write the specs, lead delivery with engineering, and are accountable for the outcomes of your area. You also carry the operational side of shipping: QA sign-off, changelog, documentation and training.

What you will do

• Write specs, user stories and acceptance criteria in Notion following the Globalfy spec standard, and keep them current through delivery.
• Make sure every feature complies with the regulations that apply to U.S. business formation, compliance filings, bookkeeping and payments, and adjust scope when those requirements change.
• Own the roadmap for your product area and defend prioritization with data, customer evidence and business impact.
• Run discovery: talk directly to customers and to the internal teams that use our products (CX, Operations, Sales), analyze support tickets, funnel and usage data in Mixpanel and Clarity, and review competitors.
• Use an MVP approach when testing a new concept: define the smallest version that answers the question, ship it, measure, then decide.
• Lead the delivery cadence with the Tech Manager and developers; make scope and trade-off decisions during implementation.
• Sign off every release in homolog/staging before production.
• Publish changelog entries and release pages, maintain the Product Documentation, and train CX, Operations and Sales on new features.
• Define success metrics per initiative, track them after release and report results to the Head of Product and founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Manager in a software company, with at least 2 years owning a product area in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• A track record of shipped initiatives where you can explain the problem, the decision, and the measured result.
• Experience running discovery and turning qualitative and quantitative evidence into prioritization.
• Experience writing specs that developers implement without follow-up meetings, and doing QA sign-off yourself when the team is small.
• Written and spoken English at a level to produce customer-facing copy and documentation without review.
• Comfortable in Notion, Lovable, and product analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting, invoicing, payments, tax or compliance products.
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.

Schedule

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time). The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
