[Hiring] Product Manager @GoDaddy

Role Description

Join GoDaddy's global eCommerce platform team and help power the critical systems behind catalog, pricing, ordering, provisioning, and renewals for millions of customers worldwide. Reporting to a Director of Product Management, you'll help enhance every stage of the customer journey while driving innovative agentic solutions that improve experiences, unlock growth opportunities, and redefine what's possible in digital commerce.

What you'll get to do:

• Lead product initiatives across GoDaddy's eCommerce platform, shaping the roadmap and driving execution for capabilities spanning catalog, pricing, ordering, provisioning, and renewals.
• Guide features from discovery through launch, ensuring requirements are well-defined and that what we ship meets both customer and business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering teams and other cross-functional collaborators to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and deliver solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, technical dependencies, and platform investments.
• Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to validate opportunities, define success metrics, and continuously refine our approach based on learnings.
• Build alignment across time zones and cultures, supporting platform reliability, security, and compliance alongside engineering and security teams.
• Stay close to customer needs, industry trends, and the broader competitive landscape, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-focused organization.
• Track record of defining, delivering, and scaling technical product features that create real impact for customers and the business.
• Experience working directly with engineers on technical products such as APIs, microservices, or platform infrastructure.
• Practice of making data-driven decisions, combining offline analysis with experimentation to shape product strategy and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize across business and platform features in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Familiarity with SaaS and eCommerce platforms, including catalog management, product pricing, subscriptions, provisioning, billing, and renewals.
• Experience supporting efforts to modernize legacy systems and evolve platform architecture.
