Role Description

The Sr. Product Manager will lead the development and execution of applications that align with our business goals and deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Responsible for shaping product vision and defining requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and end users.
• Build scalable, intuitive, and innovative applications that deliver measurable value.
• Guide and chart a course for United Airlines Corporate Safety Digital Technology strategy.
• Solve complex, cutting-edge problems and lead a team that gets things done.
• Assume end-to-end accountability for a technical product with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience.
• Work closely with business partners, UX design, operations, IT, and executive teams to envision, develop, and launch innovative products.
• Be both creative and highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, not just Product Owner.
• Experience working with LARGE Fortune 500 Clients.
• Exceptional communication skills; no long-winded candidates.
