[Hiring] Product Manager @Arena.im

Role Description

You will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives you are responsible for.

• Create, communicate, and execute the roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals.
• Define the right success metrics for features and products, along with the data needed to support them.
• Leverage user feedback to guide prioritization and improve product outcomes.
• Optimize the product funnel through growth initiatives and strategic integrations with external platforms.
• Work across multiple AI modalities, including conversational AI, voice, and video.
• Design and refine evaluation frameworks for AI-powered products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software.
• Knowledge of LLM, Generative AI technologies, RAG applications and agents.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
• Strong organizational skills: prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Experience with Agile development process.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch, delivering high-quality experiences end-to-end.

Requirements

• Prior software engineering experience or experience in developer-facing roles (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience with real-time communication products (Nice-to-Have).
• Industry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and network effect concepts (Nice-to-Have).
• Tireless eye for detail and a demonstrated obsession with building great user experiences (Nice-to-Have).
• Advanced English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis (Nice-to-Have).
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education (Nice-to-Have).
