[Hiring] Product Manager @Stedi

Role Description

Stedi is seeking a product manager to own one of Stedi's products end-to-end. You will help shape requirements, drive prioritization, and work with engineering to execute on the roadmap. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, translate complex customer needs into actionable product direction, and relentlessly pursue product performance and quality.

• Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering.
• Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out.
• Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction.
• Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets).
• Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.
• Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
• Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment.
• Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
• Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in product management role with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
• 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
• Either Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred.
• Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
• Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
• Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
