Role Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Partner App, designed specifically for grocery store retailers. This role is crucial in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that help retailers minimize food waste, streamline operations, and increase revenue.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner App, driving initiatives that reduce food waste and optimize inventory management.
- Scale and enhance the Flashfood marketplace, improving pricing models, inventory distribution, and partner incentives to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Advocate for the voice of grocery retailers by ensuring their needs and challenges are reflected in the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Gather insights from users, partners, and stakeholders to prioritize and execute key product initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering and UX teams to ensure high-quality and timely product releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and adoption.
- Improve catalog management solutions to enhance product inventory visibility and accuracy for grocery retailers.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and customer onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience launching and scaling marketplace products, optimizing pricing, and driving partner engagement.
- Strong understanding of grocery retail operations.
- Proactively develops solutions and makes strategic, goal-aligned decisions.
- Advocates for users and leverages data to drive product enhancements.
- Strong technical proficiency and ability to collaborate across teams.
- 5+ years in product management (B2B SaaS, retail tech, or e-commerce).
- Experience with partner-facing apps or marketplace solutions.
- Passion for solving real-world retail challenges, especially food waste reduction.
