Role Description
As Product Director, Field Maintenance, you will be at the forefront of creating winning product plans that include a visionary long-term outlook and dynamic product roadmaps to achieve that vision. Your success will be measured by the impactful business outcomes and the genuine customer value we generate together. You will play a crucial role in fundamentally enhancing how KONE provides services.
- Define and drive product strategy for On-site & Field Maintenance tribe
- Drive and maintain product roadmaps for the tribe
- Configuration of the tribe for execution efficiency
- Drive and prioritize tribe’s continuous improvement actions
- Set annual and quarterly objectives and KPIs for the tribe and the tribe’s agile teams
Qualifications
- Strong digital product management experience with proof of leading successfully cross-functional teams in an international multisite environment
- Digital acumen and knowledge of key digital technologies (cloud, data, analytics, and digital services) with an emphasis on data and analytics
- Business mind and capability to quantify customer value and business benefits for R&D efforts
- Great collaboration skills across R&D and business stakeholders
- Ability to motivate and inspire people towards commonly agreed targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of data-driven product leadership experience with a proven track record of success stories
- Agile leadership experience in practice
- Proven experience in leading and scaling successfully digital analytics driven, customer-facing products on a global scale
- Background in service companies providing high-quality maintenance and understanding of global trends transforming the service business across industries
- Complex problem-solving skills, capability to break down large problems into manageable pieces
- Experience in working in an international multisite environment with high-performing technology businesses
- Proven ability to engage with developers, designers, and company leaders in an inspiring, constructive, and collaborative relationship
