Role Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is an Australian technology company whose AI voice agent platform answers and handles phone calls for businesses in Australia and New Zealand. As a Product Analyst, your responsibility is to research the AI voice agent market and turn it into clear, build-ready feature documents for our client's development team. This role is the bridge between the market and the product. You will study what competitors offer, analyze what the platform should build next, and write specifications the CTO can act on.

Business owners create their own AI agents that can:

• Answer questions
• Book appointments
• Collect caller details
• Send SMS messages
• Transfer calls to staff

The platform is fully self-serve: customers set up and manage their agents, and handle any escalated calls themselves. The platform is built on its own technology stack using leading speech and language AI models, and is designed to work across industries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a product analyst, business analyst, QA or similar role at a software or SaaS company.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to write clear, structured documents for both business and technical readers.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a habit of testing products hands-on rather than relying on marketing pages.
• Ability to understand software features and user flows, and explain them simply.
• Confident using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, analysis and drafting.
• Organised and self-directed, able to manage several research topics at once and meet agreed deadlines.
• Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Requirements

• Familiarity with AI voice agents, chatbots or conversational AI products.
• Basic understanding of APIs and how software integrations work.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PHP 45,000
• Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
• You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
• Probation: 6 months and after Probation
• 10 days annual leave credits
• 5 days of sick leave

• SHIFT TIMES: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
