Role Description
The Global Product Portfolio Manager - Infrastructure role is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the success of Global Knowledge’s portfolio of learning products for the infrastructure product lines.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across various market segments and channels.
- Accountable for product line performance, profitability, and general market fit and acceptance.
- Ensure offerings meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers around the world.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through to enhancement and retirement of learning and certification products.
- Product Trending and Analysis: Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly product result trends with insights and analysis to help drive internal strategy and fine-tune operations for the best ongoing results.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Create GTM collateral for use in sales enablement and engagement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities within a product line.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic roadmaps.
- Execution and Innovation: Drive product innovation and enhancements that align with market needs.
- Customer Empathy: Create and present decision proposals based on market facts.
- Cross-Functional Portfolio Leadership: Work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Must have product knowledge within network infrastructure e.g. networking, routing, security, switching etc.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
- Portfolio Management Expertise: Deep experience in product lifecycle management.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies using data-driven insights.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Effective in working with diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in learning, certification, or professional services.
- Global Perspective: Capable of managing products for a worldwide audience.
Requirements
- Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $117,000 to $157,000 annualized.
