[Hiring] Principal Product Manager @Evolve

Role Description

Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and that starts with the homeowners who trust us with their properties. As Principal Product Manager for Activation, you'll own the journey from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing.

• Own the product roadmap from signed agreement to a live, bookable listing.
• Measure success by activation rate, time to live, and 180-day retained activations.
• Identify where owners stall — property setup, photo scheduling, permits, rates, multi-property onboarding.
• Ship product changes that automate onboarding processes.
• Run experiments end to end: write the hypothesis, scope the build, measure the result, make the call.
• Own activation instrumentation with analytics.
• Work closely with Onboarding and Operations to improve the system.
• Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Funnel Conversion PM.
• Engage with owners to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or operations-heavy business.
• Track record of moving activation, conversion, or early retention metrics.
• Experience partnering with operations or field teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Comfortable working with engineers at the spec level.
• AI-native working style.
• Nice to have: experience with compliance-heavy onboarding.
