[Hiring] Principal I&C Parts Product Engineer @Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC

Role Description

As a Principal I&C Parts Project Engineer, you will support the Westinghouse Parts Business Product Management team, operating at the intersection of engineering, strategy, data analytics, and commercial execution. You will help shape the future of instrumentation & control (I&C) spare solutions within the global nuclear energy market.

You will support end-to-end product lifecycle management for instrumentation & control (I&C) spare parts by:

• Identifying growth opportunities
• Shaping product strategies
• Developing business cases
• Delivering innovative solutions that enhance reliability and performance

You will report to the I&C Product Manager. This role will be based out of our Cranberry Township, PA location but can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders including engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations to offer and deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions, supporting product lifecycle management (from market assessment through execution)
• Drive global engagement through occasional travel to customers, suppliers, and key industry conferences
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned in support of broader Westinghouse strategic initiatives, offering a high-impact opportunity to influence both operational execution and long-term growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience or interest in AI tools, PowerBI, data visualization, and/or workflow automation
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business value

Requirements

• Base salary range for this position is estimated to be $103,200.00 to $129,000.00 per year, depending upon experience, qualifications, and skills
