Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Consultant – Facets Workflow SME with deep expertise in Facets Plan Product, Membership, and Group modules within the healthcare payer domain. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, leading workflow analysis, solution design, and implementation initiatives for healthcare administration systems. This role requires extensive experience in Facets configuration, healthcare operations, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer Administration Systems.
• Strong expertise in Facets Plan Product, Membership, and Group modules.
• Extensive experience in Facets workflow analysis, configuration, and implementation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, enrollment, membership management, and benefit administration.
• Experience with system integration, business process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis and solution design for healthcare payer administration systems using the Facets platform.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Facets Plan Product, Membership, and Group modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technology teams to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
• Design scalable Facets configurations and integrated solutions that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to configuration, integration, testing, and implementation teams.
• Identify workflow gaps, process bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies, recommending effective resolutions.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery by minimizing configuration defects and implementation risks.
• Support system integration activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment efforts.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and solution adoption.
• Partner with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations for Facets-based solutions.
• Maintain documentation including business process flows, solution designs, and configuration specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Exposure to claims, provider, and benefits administration workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Facets upgrades, conversions, and migration projects.
