Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a remote engagement with PPL. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile Business Analysis experience, hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO), and prior experience working within the utility/energy industry. The candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, managing Agile backlogs, and supporting mobile application initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization sessions.
• Develop detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow documentation.
• Support Android and iOS mobile application initiatives by translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, and validation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience in the utility/energy industry.
• Proficient in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Process Mapping and UAT Coordination.
• Familiarity with mobile applications, specifically Android.
