[Hiring] Head of Product, Growth @Help Scout

Role Description

As Head of Product, Growth & Monetization, you'll be directly accountable for:

• The core funnel that turns a signup into a paying customer.
• The in-app motion that turns a paying customer into an expanding one.

About the role:

• Own the growth roadmap.
• Run growth experimentation across the org.
• Evolve Help Scout's monetization strategy.
• Build growth infrastructure other teams can use.
• Lead as a player/coach.
• Partner across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading growth in B2B SaaS with a free-trial or freemium motion.
• Hands-on with experimentation, defining metrics and designing tests.
• Think in outcomes, not features, building systems and playbooks.
• Design outcome-based pricing frameworks and explain tradeoffs.
• Technically fluent enough to hold architecture conversations.
• Lead through influence as much as authority.
• Directly managed people before, with experience hiring and coaching.
• Excellent writer, making thinking visible in one-pagers and briefs.

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools for research synthesis, strategy testing, and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to partner closely with various teams including Marketing and Sales.
