As the Head of Product within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based remotely.

The Head of Product is responsible for defining and executing LINGA's product vision while leading the company's transformation into an AI-enabled product organization. This leader owns the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the entire LINGA product portfolio, including:

• POS
• Payments
• Customer Engagement
• Hardware
• Data
• Integrations
• Platform Services

In addition, this leader serves as a critical sponsor of Artificial Intelligence across LINGA and the product development operating model, ensuring AI becomes a fundamental driver of customer value, operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. The role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial growth, emerging technology, and organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Experience in SaaS POS: retail & restaurant, payments, and fintech technology.
• Proven success building and scaling product organizations.
• Ability to leverage orchestration development, and software delivery.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for the end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.
• Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver product to customers through all applicable channels.
• Presents initiatives to gain senior management buy-in.
• Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals.
• Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations.
• Leads teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, product lines or experiences.
• Evaluates potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value.
• Ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners.
• Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product or experience lifecycle.
• Adheres to company-defined risk appetite as part of the first line of defense.
• Serves as point of review and sign off for risk management, compliance and audit requirements, as needed.
• Manages, motivates and develops one or multiple product lines and managers.
• Identifies talent gaps in team and staffs appropriately.
