Role Description
Als Head of Product bij Staxxer ben jij de schakel tussen het management, het dev team en andere stakeholders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze brutale productvisie werkelijkheid wordt. Bij Staxxer maken we administratie voor e-commerce niet alleen makkelijker, maar vooral ook efficiënter. We combineren slimme software met service om Europese btw, EPR én boekhouding te automatiseren.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de door-ontwikkeling van het Staxxer product
- Zorgt ervoor dat wat we bouwen perfect aansluit op de behoefte van de e-commerce ondernemer
- Werkt nauw samen met het management en andere top stakeholders binnen Staxxer
- Verbindt strategie en uitvoering, en zet innovaties in beweging

Qualifications
- Een bachelor in bedrijfskunde, informatica of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied
- 3+ jaar ervaring in product softwareontwikkeling; start/scale-up ervaring is een pré
Requirements
- Je definieert de productvisie en -strategie en houdt deze scherp
- Je bewaakt de productontwikkeling met strak projectmanagement
- Je inspireert en managed het (technisch) product team
- Je onderhoudt en communiceert een heldere roadmap voor alle stakeholders
- Je organiseert klantonderzoek, verzamelt feedback waar nodig en neemt data gedreven beslissingen
- Je schakelt tussen teams en zorgt dat we als één geheel bouwen aan de juiste dingen
- Je monitort productprestaties en gebruikt inzichten om te blijven verbeteren
