Role Description
Ben jij de organisatorische spil die het ontwerpteam laat draaien? Dan zoeken we jou als Ontwerpcoördinator!
Jouw uitdaging:
- Je brengt rust en structuur in het ontwerptraject en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten en zorgt voor een soepel proces.
Wat ga je doen?
- Planning en voortgang bewaken
- Kwaliteit borgen en bijsturen waar nodig
- Processen aansturen en team begeleiden
- Collega’s adviseren over aanpak en keuzes
Qualifications
- MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau civiele techniek of bouwkunde
- Gevoel voor techniek en proces
- Kennis van automatisering is een plus
Requirements
- Flexibel, praktisch en resultaatgericht
- Brengt structuur aan in complexe processen
- Houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel
- Zorgt dat het ontwerpteam kan leveren wat nodig is – op tijd en in kwaliteit
