Role Description
The Project Success Analyst will be working with a technology leader in the market research industry specializing in online and digital methodologies. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing online research projects while developing and growing relationships with customers. The position plays a critical role for the organization as the primary client contact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through enabling project delivery for clients
- Support client growth strategies
- Troubleshoot client concerns
- Assist in upsell opportunities
- Utilize Cint’s proprietary software to create and manage research surveys related to advertising effectiveness or professional services
- Develop a robust understanding of the Market Research and Digital Advertising industries
- Successfully work with multiple accounts and run a multitude of projects concurrently
- Compile and extract data from various sources to present data to internal and external clients
- Coordinate with Account Management, Product and Finance to ensure seamless project execution
- Work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management
- Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel
- Work with customers to understand project needs and recommend optimal solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic with self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals
- Detail oriented, self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts
- Innate sense of accountability, ability to provide proactive and thoughtful feedback
- Top quality and ability in written and oral communication in English, additional languages are highly beneficial
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree level qualification (Bonus Points)
- Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem (Bonus Points)
- Knowledge of programmatic sampling (Bonus Points)
- Survey design experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc. (Bonus Points)
- Market Research coursework or experience (Bonus Points)
- Microsoft Excel certification (Bonus Points)
- Statistical knowledge or working knowledge of SPSS, STATA, SAS (Bonus Points)
