[Hiring] Fintech Engineering Leaders: Interview on Card Issuing Platforms @Terac

Role Description

We're running a paid study on the technical infrastructure behind modern consumer card programs. Our goal is to map out the core challenges fintech teams face when building and scaling these systems. We want to understand how different architectures and vendor relationships impact overall platform reliability.

You will join a remote video interview to walk us through your approach to managing card issuing infrastructure. The conversation flows as a structured discussion guided by a moderator.

Qualifications

• Currently working as a product or engineering leader in the fintech space.
• Direct experience managing consumer card issuing programs.
• Familiarity with technical integrations for payment service providers.
• Comfortable discussing high-level architecture and vendor decisions.

Requirements

• Walk us through your current technical stack for card issuing.
• Describe how your team evaluates and integrates with payment service providers.
• Discuss the day-to-day challenges of managing a consumer card program.
• Share feedback on workflow improvements and infrastructure bottlenecks.
