Role Description

As a Lead Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving product excellence within our organization. With a focus on Facets - Plan Product, Membership, and Group, you will leverage your extensive experience to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact our company's growth and societal well-being.

• Lead workflow analysis, solution design, and implementation activities for healthcare payer administration systems using the Facets platform.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, technology teams, configuration teams, and system integration teams.
• Ensure that business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and integrated Facets solutions.
• Identify workflow gaps and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Minimize configuration defects and drive successful implementation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of health plan business processes.
• Facets functionality and configuration expertise.
• End-to-end operations workflows experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
