[Hiring] Director of Products @Cyware

Role Description

We are looking to expand our team with a visionary Product Manager to help lead the development and evolution of our product portfolio. This role is critical to defining our product roadmap, enhancing usability, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

• Help define product roadmap based on business leader’s strategy, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
• Own the Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) end-to-end for your product area.
• Manage the development of current and future features, user stories, and requirements.
• Drive rapid prototype development to validate hypotheses with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SE, SA & CSM to understand feedback and help develop use cases.
• Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) and stakeholder enablement in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Own use-case development for target buyer personas across commercial and public sector segments.
• Liaise closely with the India-based Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Drive the implementation of AI-native product capabilities.
• Guide GTM & product marketing for segments, pricing, etc.
• Drive the usability vision for the product and user interface designs.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to migration.
• Manage the product backlog and recommend alternative technical approaches.
• Participate in development, testing, and deployment reviews.
• Provide Proof-of-Concept (POC) assistance to Sales Engineering and prospective customers.
• Product demonstration and training for the field, operational teams, and critical customers.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and act as a thought partner on product strategy.
• Represent the product externally — customer briefings, demos, QBRs, and other sessions.
• Act as a leader within the company; help drive product innovation into the corporate culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products or custom solutions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong PM experience: 7+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B focused product-based enterprise.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Cybersecurity background is preferred.
• Public sector & FedRAMP experience.
• Applied AI product expertise.
• Agent & agentic-workflow understanding.
• Strong understanding of security personas & their tools.
• Startup execution mindset.
• Metrics & data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable with startup culture.
• Willingness to travel domestically (~15–25%).
• A technical bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• UX and/or User Interface Design skills will be a key plus.
• ISAC / ISAO / threat sharing community experience.

• Prior experience selling into or supporting DoD, IC, or civilian federal agencies.
