Role Description

You are a strategic, hands-on product marketing leader who knows how to turn product, customer insight, market context, and company strategy into a clear story the whole business can use.

• Excellent at positioning and messaging.
• Can simplify complex products without dumbing them down.
• Great writer who enjoys producing and reviewing a lot of copy: web, deck, launch, enablement, and customer-facing.
• Collaborates well across departments, influencing without authority.
• Not a manager-first role; you will guide existing and future PMM resources.
• AI-native in how you work, using AI to move faster and analyze customer and sales signals.
• Collaborates closely with a Technical Product Marketing Manager and a GTM AI team.
• Finds energizing the critical timing of positioning and narrative work.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Fello + Felix story and core positioning, messaging, and product narrative.
• Translate Fello’s category and strategic narrative into clear GTM language.
• Work closely with the Technical Product Marketing Manager on deep product storytelling.
• Define the language Fello uses and what to avoid.
• Make complex product capabilities easy to understand for customers and teams.
• Own launch and release readiness across GTM teams.
• Ensure every meaningful product change is translated into actionable insights.
• Partner closely with Product to build feedback loops for insights.
• Create and guide core enablement materials: talk tracks, objection handling, demo narrative, FAQs, proof points, and customer-facing messaging.
• Define adoption messaging for the first 30, 60, and 90 days of the customer journey.
• Turn customer wins and signals into proof for Sales, CS, Marketing, and executives.
• Partner with field leaders to assess story effectiveness and clarity.
• Run the PMM operating model across positioning, launch execution, and enablement support.
• Partner with the GTM AI team to build agentic solutions for PMM.
• Build repeatable PMM systems and raise the quality bar for clarity and execution.

• Product launches are clearer and easier for teams and customers to absorb.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Excellent positioning and messaging judgment.
• Experience owning PMM in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to build product launch and release systems.
• Strong field enablement instincts.
• Hands-on operating style; comfortable writing briefs and shaping narratives.
• Exceptional writing craft with high volume and quality standards.
• Comfort working directly with founders and executives.
• AI fluency is a hard requirement; experience with AI-powered workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS company from approximately $20M to $50M+ ARR.
• Experience in vertical SaaS, PropTech, real estate, CRM, marketing automation, AI, or data intelligence.
• Experience managing or mentoring small PMM teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Asana, Notion, Claude, or similar AI and GTM workflow tools.
