Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Web Strategy and Growth to lead the evolution of our digital experiences, platforms, and technology into powerful drivers of customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, technology, and performance of our web ecosystem.
• Identify new ways to create value through product development, interactive tools, personalization, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Lead a small team of web developers, translating business priorities into actionable development plans.
• Set clear expectations and ensure projects move forward with focus, accountability, and speed.
• Balance immediate business needs with a longer-term vision for digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, web strategy, growth marketing, digital experience, or a related field, preferably within a B2B marketing or technology environment.
• Experience leading web development teams, technical professionals, or digital product teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern web platforms, including WordPress and Google Analytics.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, analytics, CRM, marketing technology, and digital performance measurement.
• Strong product mindset with experience owning a digital roadmap.
• Demonstrated ability to connect digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing technology vendors, platform selection, budgets, contracts, and technology investments preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, personalization, interactive tools, automation, or data-driven digital experiences is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to estimate development effort and manage timelines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Improve end-to-end digital experiences across various touchpoints.
• Leverage analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Explore and implement opportunities involving AI, personalization, and automation.
• Evaluate and oversee web platforms, analytics, CRM integrations, and marketing technology.
• Collaborate with leadership, Marketing, Sales, Product, and technical teams.
• Establish realistic development timelines and manage competing priorities.
• Stay close to the technical details and troubleshoot challenges when needed.
