Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Digital Product Owner to lead the delivery and product evolution of Wealth Management and Advisor Experience platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of:

• Digital product management
• Agile delivery leadership
• Financial Services Cloud expertise
• Data platform/data pipeline experience

This leader will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across advisor-facing and client-facing channels, ensuring seamless integration of customer, advisor, operational, and investment data while delivering exceptional digital experiences. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, advisors, product teams, architects, engineering teams, data teams, and third-party partners to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in digital product management, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Strong experience within Wealth Management, Broker-Dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Asset Management, or Financial Services organizations.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise digital platforms and product roadmaps.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud implementations and advisor platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data integration, and data pipeline ecosystems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based digital solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional technology teams.

Requirements

• Lead multiple Agile teams delivering digital capabilities across advisor and client experience platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery execution including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage delivery governance, status reporting, financial tracking, and executive stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engineering effectiveness, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to maximize adoption and value realization from Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
• Drive implementation and enhancement of advisor workflows, householding, customer engagement, relationship management, servicing, and financial planning experiences.
• Define integration strategies between Financial Services Cloud and enterprise applications supporting advisor servicing and client engagement.
• Ensure effective management of customer, advisor, household, and interaction data across platforms.
• Partner with data engineering and architecture teams to define scalable data strategies supporting advisor and wealth management use cases.
• Drive requirements for real-time and batch data pipelines that power advisor dashboards, client portals, analytics, CRM, and digital applications.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, observability, and security controls are embedded into delivery processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Operations, Compliance, Data, Architecture, and Engineering organizations.
• Champion a user-centric approach focused on advisor productivity and superior client experience.
