Role Description

We are seeking an AI Business Solutions Strategy-CX Business Architect to help shape the growth and transformation of Microsoft's AI Business Process business. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, go-to-market execution, sales transformation, and product innovation to accelerate adoption of Copilot, AI agents, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform solutions. This role is focused on the CX category, Agentic CRM, Sales/Service, and agents. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to solve complex business challenges, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Business Growth
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate growth across Agentic CRM.
  • Identify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance trends.
  • Build business cases, growth strategies, and executive recommendations that influence investment and prioritization decisions.
• Sales Strategy & Commercial Transformation
  • Design and improve sales motions, operating models, solution plays, and execution frameworks that drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Partner with sales leaders to improve pipeline health, execution consistency, and business performance.
  • Drive initiatives that simplify customer engagement and strengthen AI-led business process transformation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary motions across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Align stakeholders across organizational boundaries to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Navigate ambiguity, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution against business priorities.
• Insights & Operational Excellence
  • Deliver data-driven insights and performance analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop scalable planning, governance, and measurement frameworks that improve business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and operational best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
• Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
