Role Description
The Associate Product Owner is responsible for owning specific software projects from requirements definition to launch and contributing as a team member on larger projects. The Associate Product Owner works with key business stakeholders to define and convey business needs to onshore and offshore software development and engineering teams.
- Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, release planning, and sprint reviews
- Maintain prioritized and groomed product backlog
- Gather, clarify, and document requirements
- Support and communicate with Product Operations Team, especially with respect to escalated production support concerns and communication around product releases
- Ensure enhancements are delivered with high quality in a timely manner
- Understand existing projects, including ensuring products are meeting the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Participate in maintaining product roadmaps, quarterly goals, project plans, and other planning documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, strong attention to detail, able to follow and enforce processes
- Eagerness to learn new skills and frameworks, as necessary
- Strong technical skills and/or aptitude - candidate does not need to be a developer, but needs to be able to problem solve.
- Willing and able to solve problems without depending on others
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulation
- Writing and reading SQL is preferred
Requirements
- Familiarity with “Agile” methodologies, tools and practices
- Experience in requirements analysis experience, working directly with stakeholders and developers, QA, Technical writing, or similar
Benefits
- The salary range for this role is $76,000.00 - $90,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).
- This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
- The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

- In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
- Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
