Mar 31, 2025 - Oliva Gibbs LLP is hiring a remote Partner-Oil and Gas Title Attorney. 💸 Salary: market base salary + bonus potential. 📍Location: USA.
Role Description
This full-time position reports directly to the managing Partners and will be responsible for supporting revenue targets, managing clients and attorneys at the firm.
- Team Management: Manage attorneys on the team and the projects they are working on, including reviewing title opinions and other legal work from the team at an elevated level.
- Subject Matter Expert: Generating content to hand off to the marketing team.
- Client Management & Growth: Staying engaged with clients and exhibiting the core value of an Excellent Client Experience, while also expanding clients and generating new work.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and an active license in states active in the Bakken play.
- 10+ years experience drafting title opinions in North Dakota and conducting Due Diligence.
- 5+ years managing clients.
- 5+ years providing the final review prior to the work being handed off to the client.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in technology platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attention to detail, and follow through.
