Role Description
As an Associate Product Manager at Solace, you will be responsible for executing product initiatives that drive positive customer perception, experience, and retention. You are a self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house initiatives.
- Support product management and QA across Solace’s products
- Bring innovative Product ideas—and bring them to life
- Take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail
- Rapidly produce and launch concepts while managing potential failure
- Serve as the go-to liaison with cross-functional and creative partners
- Define initiative-level roadmaps of supporting workstreams
- Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects
- Document decisions and action items and follow up with owners on commitments
- Learn and become a guardian of the Solace brand and user expectations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Consumer startups
- Great communication skills that help you work across departments
- Intuition on creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and a refined palate for controlled chaos
- A bias toward action and execution
