[Hiring] Associate Product Analyst @Preferred Mutual Insurance Company

Role Description

The Associate Product Analyst will support the Product Management team in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of P&C insurance products. With guidance and mentorship, the Associate Product Analyst will assist in executing product-related tasks such as:

• Conducting routine market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing policy language and coverage forms under supervision
• Gathering and documenting business requirements to support the development and implementation of a new policy administration system
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product systems or updates
• Learning regulatory and compliance basics by supporting the preparation of product forms, rules, and filings under guidance from senior team members

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in P&C insurance environment
• Experience with various P&C products and those based on rating bureaus such as ISO or AIB is a plus
• Experience with SERFF or other rate filing search systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with emphasis in Word
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
