[Hiring] Vice President, Maintenance @Transportation Equipment Network

Role Description

TEN is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Maintenance to lead and scale maintenance operations across our growing national network. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the strategies, systems, processes, and talent initiatives that ensure our fleet and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting exceptional customer service.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President, Maintenance will oversee all maintenance operations, including:

• Shop performance
• Fleet reliability
• Technician development
• Safety and compliance
• Vendor partnerships
• Capital planning
• Maintenance technology initiatives

This leader will play a critical role in helping TEN continue to grow while maintaining the high standards our customers, employees, and communities expect.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site maintenance operations.
• Proven success managing large maintenance organizations, budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Experience building and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Background in transportation, trucking, fleet maintenance, trailers, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Transportation, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
