[Hiring] Vice President & Federal Practice Lead @Results For America

Role Description

The Vice President and Federal Practice Lead is specifically accountable for helping RFA meet its Federal goals of shifting government dollars toward what works, replicating effective solutions, and building evidence/data capacity so that Federal government leaders can make better decisions for decades to come.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based in a home office anywhere within the U.S. (Eastern seaboard-preferred). Travel up to 30% annually will be required for funder meetings, conferences and/or attendance at external convenings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of work experience as an employee within Federal government and/or other levels of government
• At least 8 years of experience directly supervising multiple full-time staff
• Thorough understanding of Federal government funding levers
• Prior experience cultivating funders and achieving fundraising targets
• Prior history overseeing entire department/program, including budget accountability
• Tech stack: Google Suite; Slack, Salesforce, and Asana; ChatGPT, Gemini & Claude

• The salary range for this position is $203,056 - $267,740
