We’re looking for a Senior Vice President, National Operations to own operational performance across all of our Managed Master Agencies. This is a high-impact seat on our Alliance Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive property and casualty experience in a carrier, wholesale and/or agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of independent agency operations, carrier appointments, contracts, commissions and agency support services.
• A record of leading leaders and driving performance through geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with results improving margin and efficiency.
• Working knowledge of sales and service center operations, agency management systems, CRM platforms and operational technology.
• Clear communication and the ability to build trust and influence at every level.

Requirements

• Nice to have: experience integrating acquisitions or onboarding agencies at scale.
• Network or membership-based distribution experience.
• Private equity-backed or high-growth experience.
• CPCU or CIC designation.

Benefits

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $210,000 annually.
• This position is also eligible for an annual incentive with a target of up to 25% of annual salary, based on company and individual performance.
