How you will contribute:

  • Provide guidance on Takeda policies, SOPs, compliance standards, privacy requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external PE vendors, agencies, and service providers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, help prioritize initiatives based on business needs and volume, and establish alignment among stakeholders with competing objectives.
  • Identify potential issues, assess critical situations, and drive timely, methodical resolution.
  • Lead communication and change management activities to support adoption of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
  • Represent Professional Engagements on special projects and cross-functional initiatives affecting business processes, systems, or stakeholder experience.
  • Manage reporting, monitoring outputs, dashboards, and business tools that inform decision-making and measure operational efficiency.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and translate complex operational information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain and enhance centralized resource repositories, including SharePoint and Teams sites, FAQs, work instructions, training materials, and other process documentation.
  • Serve as a first-tier support resource for operational and system questions related to FFS engagement activities.

  • Develop or support training resources that reinforce compliant behaviors and consistent execution across Brand teams.
  • Independently manage multiple projects and priorities, communicate risks and potential conflicts, and deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
  • Mentor colleagues and share expertise as an informal resource, without direct people-management responsibility.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, or related field operations.
  • Experience supporting professional engagement, fee-for-service, advisory board, speaker program, or consulting activities.
  • Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment, including familiarity with compliance, privacy, CIA, and applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive alignment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM, event management, reporting, collaboration, and database systems.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting large-scale or multi-region P2P programs.
  • Experience with analytics, operational metrics, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience leading communication and change management initiatives.
  • Experience developing process guidance, training materials, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or leading cross-functional workstreams.
  • Limited travel up to 10% to support stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and business meetings.

  • Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
  • Participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Basic life insurance.
  • Tuition reimbursement program.
