[Hiring] Revenue Operations Coordinator @HubSpot

Role Description

SPOT — the Solutions Partner Operations Team — is the operational backbone of HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who can handle the core commissions and payment workload with consistency and accuracy, and step into new pilots as the person who figures out what needs to happen operationally before anything goes live.

• Commissions Pipeline: Own your share of the commissions pipeline — processing partner payments accurately, on cadence, and without errors. Work through the full payment cycle, cross-checking data across systems, catching discrepancies before they become partner-facing issues, and keeping your queue current.
• Payment Inquiries & Partner Support: Serve as a point of contact for payment-related questions from partners and internal stakeholders. Investigate issues, coordinate with Finance, communicate clearly with the partner or PDM, and drive inquiries to resolution.
• Manual Pilot Support: Own the manual operational layer for new program pilots — map out every step, execute it accurately, flag gaps, and help document the process for future automation.
• Process & Documentation: Maintain clean, up-to-date process documentation for every workstream you own. Surface recurring errors or patterns to the team to fix root causes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an operations, finance operations, or revenue operations role — experience with commissions or partner payments is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail and a low tolerance for errors — double-check your work before it goes out.
• Ability to own a process end-to-end, not just execute individual tasks within it.
• Clear, professional communicator — partners and PDMs will rely on you for accurate, timely responses.
• Comfortable working across systems — SNOW, Partner Admin, NetSuite, Xactly, or similar tools.
• Proactive about flagging issues and bringing a proposed resolution, not just a question.
• Comfortable stepping into new programs with incomplete information and building structure as you go.
