Role Description

As a Remote Operations Supervisor, you'll help support the day-to-day success of a virtual client-services team while maintaining your own client-facing responsibilities. Your role will focus on three important areas:

• Client Service
• Team Support
• Operational Performance

You'll help create an organized, accountable, and professional environment where representatives can develop their skills and clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
• Be comfortable learning digital business systems
• Be willing to complete required training
• Be willing to participate in ongoing leadership development
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
