Role Description

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee 7-10 jail kitchens where you will be responsible for coaching and providing leadership to each kitchen’s management team to aid them in operating a successful and profitable site.

• Take weekly or bi-weekly inventories.
• Order food and other kitchen items.
• Provide weekly reporting to corporate office staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
• Report directly to the President of the company.
• Be proactive and hands-on when help is needed at a unit.

• Ability to work in a correctional environment using inmate trustee labor (only non-violent offenders).

• Unafraid to ask for assistance if needed.
• Travel is required.

Requirements

• Institutional food service (preferably cafeteria or correctional).
• Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass multiple criminal background checks and drug test.
• Minimum 5 years multi-unit management and/or industrial food service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Above average knowledge of computers (PC) and peripheral equipment.

• Starting salary of $65K to 75K/year, depending on experience.
