[Hiring] Production Coordinator @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Production Coordinator to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products and branded apparel industry. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day purchasing, production, and operations, ensuring every order moves smoothly from purchase order through proofing, production, and delivery.

• Monitor and track orders against delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Keep client and vendor records accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a promotional products, customer service, or order management role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
• Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
• Direct promotional products experience or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with promotional products, including item research, ordering, and follow-up, is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
