[Hiring] Operations Specialist @Siemens Healthineers

Role Description

You will be the administrator of JobDiva, our Applicant Tracking System. The administrator of this ATS includes:

• Setting up access and partnering with stakeholders to evolve the ATS based on the business needs;
• Setup and reconciling the system to ensure appropriate customer structure and billing;
• Educating all users as they first integrate with the system and then on an ad hoc basis;
• Understanding the capabilities of the ATS and working within our internal team to evaluate/evolve processes and increase automation;
• Manage ad hoc, non-customer billing, reporting.

You will work across all the Operations functions to include credentialing, payroll and system management to be able to support other team members;

You will manage various reporting using different systems;

You will manage other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert with JobDiva;
• 10+ years experience in a Healthcare staffing organization;
• Comfortable working within several separate systems/tools to review, interpret or enter data;
• Strong project management, writing, and verbal communication skills;
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; preferably Bachelor degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field.
