Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Operations & Service Delivery Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and operational business communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project. Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance business presentations covering operations, supply chain, service delivery, process improvement, logistics, and capacity planning while preserving factual accuracy, industry terminology, and operational context. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

• PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction
  • Reconstruct operations and service-delivery slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, exhibits, and supporting visual elements.
  • Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
  • Preserve relevant industry terminology, definitions, assumptions, and contextual details.
  • Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material.
• Operations & Service Delivery Content
  • Review materials covering process improvement, logistics, service levels, and capacity planning.
  • Apply operational expertise to assess slide content for clarity and practical relevance.
  • Preserve domain-specific definitions and factual accuracy during revisions.
  • Identify content issues that could affect interpretation or decision-making.
  • Support clear communication of operational performance and service-delivery concepts.
• Presentation Design & Data Visualisation
  • Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality.
  • Strengthen data visualisation and visual storytelling for senior or client-facing audiences.
  • Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy.
  • Refine layouts, exhibits, typography, and information structure where appropriate.
  • Select presentation approaches that communicate operational insights efficiently.
• Design Review & Decision Rationale
  • Evaluate which presentation elements should be improved, retained, or refined.
  • Document significant modifications and the reasoning behind them.
  • Explain intentional decisions to preserve strong existing content or design choices.
  • Provide clear written rationale for exhibit selection, hierarchy, and editorial decisions.
  • Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative presentation approaches.
• Quality, Delivery & AI Evaluation
  • Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality.
  • Edit content for precision, clarity, and effective executive communication.
  • Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1–2 hours.
  • Participate in flexible, sprint-based project cycles with variable assignment volume.
  • Contribute operational and presentation expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in industry or consulting environments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proven experience creating or enhancing executive-level or client-facing presentations.
• Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills.
• Experience with visual storytelling, content editing, and message hierarchy.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain design and analytical decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking ability.
• Strong commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity.
• Familiarity with evidence-supported slide titles and appropriate exhibit selection.
• Experience with operational reviews, logistics, service levels, or capacity-planning materials is advantageous.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development is beneficial but not required.

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour.
• Individual slide assignments are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours.
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, operations-content review, presentation design, data visualisation, content editing, and visual storytelling.
• Assignments may include process-improvement materials, logistics reviews, service-level reviews, capacity-planning presentations, and related operational content.
• Work may be organised through flexible, sprint-based project cycles with variable volume.
• Strong operational judgement, factual accuracy, and presentation quality are central to this engagement.
• Project scope, workload, presentation topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements.
