Role Description

We are engaging Operations & Process Improvement Specialists to review, reconstruct, and enhance business slides for a customer project. In this role, you'll apply your operational expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge and professional expertise are what matter.

• Review business slides focused on operations and service delivery topics such as process improvement, logistics, service-level reviews, and capacity planning.
• Rebuild slides in Microsoft PowerPoint while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and appropriate industry terminology.
• Improve data visualization, message hierarchy, and narrative flow using effective visual storytelling practices.
• Document changes made to each slide, including improvements and preserved elements, with a clear rationale for each decision.
• Provide written logs explaining enhancements and deliberate decisions to retain existing content or design choices.
• Edit content for precision, factual accuracy, and effective communication for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Complete flexible, project-based assignments, typically requiring 1–2 hours per slide, with volume varying according to project needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, service delivery, or process improvement within industry or consulting environments.
• Experience creating and enhancing executive-level presentations for senior leadership or client audiences.
• Strong skills in data visualization, content editing, and visual storytelling related to operational subject matter.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain and justify design, content, and analytical decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and commitment to factual accuracy and domain integrity.
• Familiarity with message hierarchy, evidence-supported slide titles, and selecting appropriate exhibits to communicate key messages.
• Experience in AI model training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, but not required.
