Role Description

• Coordinate and support daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow and execution.
• Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and process improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to enhance productivity.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to align teams and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor operational metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and help implement new processes, tools, or workflows.
• Manage operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Document operational procedures and contribute to standardizing processes as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing at least 10 employees in an operations role.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear and fluent communication skills in English.
• Skills in management, operational planning, project management, and documentation.
• Adaptability and excellent communication.
• Must be prepared to work USA hours (6pm - 3am) and have a home office set up with stable wifi and back up power.
