Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General / Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, driving performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and legal regulations
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategy
• Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery standards
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Financial acumen and budget management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
