[Hiring] Digital Operations Area Manager @Konecta Digital and SL&E Team for Coca-Cola

Role Description

We are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Operations Area Manager for Europe who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe.

• Manage a team of Local Digital Operations in Europe by:
• Monitoring the performance and project delivery of each team member and market.
• Being the first point of contact for all team members and proactively supporting throughout issues.
• Building and managing relationships with local marketing teams to provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Looking for new ways to optimise ways of working within your team and other departments to achieve a seamless digital experience for the consumer.
• Ensuring the team's capacity and workload is monitored and distributed correctly.
• Promoting an organised and communicative team to enable a clear flow of information to and from the team.
• Managing the team's progression and developing their skills.
• Being part of the hiring process for new team members and working closely with the people team to attract the best talent.
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in Coca-Cola and provide reporting on capacity and updates on running projects.
• Hold meetings with each team member to ensure they have the support needed to work at their best.
• Be responsible for managing the localization and operationalisation of digital experiences for consumers on a variety of local markets.
• Coordinate digital activations across a portfolio on a local market level, ensuring localization of central activations/platforms and implementing local GDPR, T&Cs, and other legal requirements across all activations.
• Conduct local UAT testing of new features/platforms and bugs/issues reporting.
• Manage day-to-day CRM and transactional activations.
• Ensure a networked way of working and strong collaboration with Frontline Marketing, Central Marketing, Bottler, IT, Platform Services/SL&E, PAC, Legal, and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Passionate about marketing and digital experience.
• Strong working experience (6 to 10 years) in significant marketing and digital experience, including digital commerce, digital platforms, and data-driven experiences.
• Experience delivering best-in-class integrated digital experiences either in the marketing or IT sector.
• Experience in leading large teams in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
• Ability to work in agile cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to comprehend technology with ease.
• Confident and competent in managing client relationships and cross-country teams in Europe.
• Brings energy and passion, and is not afraid of working autonomously while putting the team's interest first.
